Our family recently went to Cici's for our son's 13th birthday. We were immediately met with a bright smile from Kat, the hostess. She was so friendly and bright and made the best first impression. This was our first visit to this particular location. My husband told the ladies preparing the pizza that it was our son's 13th birthday and we were here to try a particular pizza (the CaseOh pizza~mac and cheese) and they made a fresh one for us. Kat got word that it was his bday and brought over a brownie with a candle in it and a pizza plushie. It was a really sweet gesture that we appreciated. We had a great experience at this location. Thank you for your very excellent customer service!

I am a Regular customer at this establishment however what I experienced tonight is nothing short of shameful. We walked in around 9:15 to order pizza because the buffet was closed. No worries. We stood at the counter waiting for help for A WHILE when we can clearly see 3 employees standing in a circle chatting. By the buffet area who have seen us walk in. I’m guessing by first impression they assumed we couldn’t speak Spanish. And starting saying amongst themselves “ no you go to tend them” and also saying “just tell them that we are closed”. Finally a lady walks up to ask us if we wanted to order upon which we decide to leave. The whole staff needs to be revamped or retrained if they don’t want to close this location along with all the others that have closed down. This goes to show the need of management needed because it seems there was not one on site for closing shift. if there is. Shame on you.

Manager David and nate were very polite. I used to come to this location as a child from the early 2000s, good food and friendly and attentive service , im bringing my son's travel baseball team here next.

Horrible experience! Walk in and noticed Health Score was a 100!! Kool beans, but the lettuce for the salad bar was wilted, brown, and had the frozen look!! I asked the supposed to have been manager could she put new lettuce out and she said "no" we put that out a while ago and and can't replace it! Wow..I drove from Lawrenceville after a sinus infection for 6 days because I had a taste for Cici's. I haven't ate at Cici's in over 10 yrs. Never again will I patronize another one!! All these buffet style restaurants need covers over their food and chilled at the right temperature. I was very disappointed as they only had about 3 hot pizza's out and 3 more with 2 slices or less with 2 dessert pizza's fully displayed not to mention it was very cold in the establishment. My pictures don't show how brown the lettuce looks because of the filter I forgot to take off.
